Visa Options

There are many visa options available to people wishing to visit Australia. The appropriate visa option will depend, amongst other things, on the person’s purpose for visiting Australia, and the passport they are holding. The visa finder webpage can be of help to find out which visa is suitable for you.

Some visitors with eligible passports are able to access Australia’s Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) issuing system online. An ETA provides authorisation to travel to and enter Australia and is electronically linked to the passport.

VISA Letter

VISA letters can be downloaded from your registration dashboard. The visa letter will be available once the registration is completed and the full payment is received.

This letter assists with your Visa application.

How to download the VISA letter:

  • Log on to the registration dashboard using the email and the password used to complete the registration.

  • Scroll down to the end of the page on the registration dashboard.

  • Click ‘Visa letter’.

  • Add ‘Passport Details’ and click ‘Save’.
